The final phase of the 1st in-school Greek language competition Word Games was held today. Twenty-two students who had qualified in the preparatory phase were proud to participate in the final roundand the following 3 winners finally emerged:
- Adamopoulou M. 1st place
- Adamantidis M. 2nd place is equal to
- Dimakakou El. 2nd place
The jury consisted of Mrs. Ioanna Babeta, writer of children's books, Mr. Vassilis Papatheodorou, writer, whom we thank for their presence in our competition, Mrs. Dionysia Kanelopoulou, Greek Language Teacher & Lyceum Head Teacher, Mrs. Konstantina Sotirhou, coordinator of Greek Language Teachers and Mrs. Alexandra Giakoumaki, Gymnasium Greek Language Teacher.
The competition made all the participants gain substantial experience, mental toughness and intrinsic motivation.
The Greek Language Teachers, Virginia Kouklada and Dimitra Bisbiki were in charge of the organization and conduct of the competition.
