Kessaris Study & Career Counseling Department provides personalized support and guidance to Secondary and High School students. Providing tailored guidance and support, Kessaris students can confidently navigate through educational and career paths available to them.

This is a complex and dynamic process, completely integrated into the curriculum of our School. In specific, all Kessaris students, from the 3rd grade of Gymnasium to the 3rd grade of Lyceum, have the opportunity to explore various career options and perspectives while focusing on their own profile and setting goals.

Kessaris Study and Career Department nurtures a sense of purpose through consistent and effective guidance which is essential for personal growth and academic success. Specifically, the programme consists of:

  • Open door mentoring sessions available for all Kessaris students. These sessions effectively motivate and help students to identify their preferences, inclinations and values, while planning and choose field of study and career.
  • Career Gate Test K.17. The Career Gate Test K.17 is a modern, internationally recognized career guidance test that investigates and evaluates individual qualities while accurately mapping someone’s personality, preferences and suitable job careers. It is an easy on-line test carried out at the school premises. The answers are processed by a counsellor and the results are discussed thoroughly in pre-scheduled appointments with the parent and the child.

  • Experiential group seminars and workshops dealing with topics such as educational and professional perspectives, goal setting, interview skills training and cv cover letter.

  • Visits to Universities, where students attend classes, lectures and learn about different schools and departments. Also, every year, representatives of the most popular European universities visit our school to present their curriculum.

  • Completion and Submission of an online form where the candidates declare their options for admission to advanced schools and Higher education institutions under the guidance of school mentors.

  • "Planning our Future" Day. We invite distinguished scientists, successful professionals and school graduates, who share their knowledge and experiences with our students and their parents.

  • Realization of the "Virtual Business" educational programme where students cultivate their business thinking, understand basic financial concepts and finally present their business plan and receive an award.

  • Also, Kessaris Alumni Association plays a central and essential role in informing our students about available fields of study and professional options.
